Tracker
A tracker that remembers all of it
A counter tells you how long. A tracker tells you the story: each stretch, how many days you've had in total, and how the last few months went. It's the same Dry100 account, with nothing extra to set up.
What it keeps
- Every stretch, with start and end dates and an optional private note when one ends.
- Total days sober across all stretches, so a restart never erases what came before.
- Longest stretch and your last 90 days as “62 of 90”, which tells you more than a streak can.
- Check-ins (Pro): how the day felt, one line if you want, on a calendar where an empty square is just a day with no check-in.
Sobriety milestones
The counter marks 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 180 days, 9 months, 1 year, then every year after that. Dry100 shows how far off the next one is. If your circle has milestone emails switched on, they hear when you reach one, and only then.
Milestones are a reason to look up for a moment, not a score. A restart doesn't take earlier ones away.
Days, not drinks
Dry100 counts days. It doesn't log what you drank or how much, so if you want a drink diary, it isn't that kind of alcohol tracker.
What it won't do
- It won't shame a restart, send a loss alert or rank you against anyone.
- It won't show your notes or moods to anyone you share with.
- It doesn't replace a doctor, a counselor or a sponsor.
The counter is free and needs no account.
Start countingQuestions
What does the tracker keep that the counter doesn't?
Every stretch with its dates, your total days across all of them, your longest stretch and how your last 90 days went. With Pro you also get daily check-ins (a mood and a private note) and a twelve-week calendar.
Are my notes private?
Yes. Notes are encrypted by Dry100 before they're stored, and they're never shown to your circle. You can download everything, or delete your account and all of it, at any time.
What if I stop paying for Pro?
Everything you wrote stays readable and downloadable. You can't add new check-ins, and supporter links beyond your first are paused rather than deleted, so they come back if you return.
